Fraud Just got a call from this number it was a recorded message telling me about unusual activity on my account i.e Amazon £300.00 and another one for £1000.00. Hence I hung up.
Saying they were O2 and offering to give me a better deal on current plan Im not with o2

SCAM Automated message said it was Inland Revenue and that I hadn't paid my taxes. To avoid a court date and possible jail time press 1 to speak to an agent. A trace says the number originates in Russia. No chance I believe any of that rubbish.

The text message received from 01628 200907 Is a SCAM. It reads “You have unpaid congestion charges. Please pay promptly to avoid fines. Click. (On the provided link). “ NO NO NO Click nothing. It is a scam. Think. Nobody from an unknown source would send a text to an unnamed person. You would receive an official letter, addressed to the registered keeper of the vehicle. Got a call off this number saying they work for council repair team and they say av got alot of repairs to be done and to be honest I don't live a a council house it's private, he put phone done. Then within 30 mims later rang again and said they are debt collectors so I told him to make his mind up what he wants to be and get a proper job. A#$&holes them
