said was from Barclays bank, called himself Andrew Perkins be aware!!
She said she was from B.T. technical department, said my internet connection had gone from private to the public domain and when I challenged her she called me a liar when I said we didn't have internet. She knew my postcode and that we'd got internet on our street, and then called me stupid when I said she sounded like a scammer of some sort... totally unpleasant....

keep calling with no one on other side,
The heading Royal Mail makes you think it’s genuine, asking for £2.99 outstanding postage or parcel will be returned to sender. A quick check on this website identifies this number as being from the Russian federation of Kaluga. Don’t be quick to give out your bank details, even if you think it’s genuine check first.
