One social worker disbarred 110820, another put under terms of practice since 290819 for repeated nuisance calls daily in two different mobiles, one from the day it arrived. Also attempted money management via Commsave nearly leading to my eviction and that of several other people.

Went to the dialing tone as soon as I picked up.
I have just had a call from this number as well. I asked him twice to identify himself, finally he said he was from RBS at which point I put the phone down
