This number seems to be reputable. For me, though no message was left at first, but that can happen even once. It also apologized.
Got a call from 0800 018 9675 about a drainage policy that we have never taken out but was told it was due to be renewed. Decided to waste as much time as i could so made them hold the line while i tried to locate the non existent policy plus made them wait while i went to get my bank details which were completely made up of course. When none of the details matched i said i will get my bank statement to see if it showed any reference number which again was complete lies as we have never had this policy. Ma

Asian gentleman called 'John' said he was calling from BT Technical Department. The call ended as soon as I said I am not with BT.
