Have been ringing me for days and finally caught me out when I answered. Said their records show they could save me some money on my mortgage! Bearing in mind I’ve just tied in to a fixed rate with a completely different bank to see how and told them so, then he asked what I’m paying in insurance premiums and when I said I’d really rather not say, he just hung up! I’m never rude to those people so why they feel they can be rude to me when it’s them that has invaded my privacy riles me! Something really sh

Stated they are calling to carry out a survey. Stated they got my number from one of their partner companies . Gave a list that included o2 amongst about 7 others. Basically fishing for info/interest to see if they can pass your details on to other companies - virgin, british gas, sky etc.

Caller hung up when I answered - tried to call back but got a 'no such number' beep tone.

This is a genuine Private Health Service. If being used incorrectly they should be informed. Their name is Rymindter Health Services. I know because I have used them. Have not put my own name for my protection.

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Drop call about 2 seconds after a "private number" accident claim call so undoubtedly same company.

Pretended they knew who I was and that they had a PPI payment for me if I would just confirm my details. Needless to say they hadn t and I didn t. They didn t even know my name.
