Yet another "you have had an accident" call! Rang off when I asked for the company name.

Automated message advising me HMRC have lodged a fraud case against me and if I don't press 1 now I will be arrested shortly. I didn't press 1. I am barricaded in the cupboard under the stairs googling one way flights to Rio but no knock on the door as yet. I'll update if the police turn up!

SCAM - phoned with recorded message about my NI being used fraudulently, then please hold for an officer.....then a foreign man answered said he is from the national fraud division...after me asking him a couple of pinpoint questions he hung up. Turns out the number is a vodafone mobile number.
