Seems to be some robocaller, a landline from Manchester, but no message left, no voicemail. Cold calling for me, maybe some automatic service.

call purporting to be from the cooperative bank asking me to confirm security details. I refused to do this as no reason was given. They told me I could call the bank as a record of the reason would be registered on my account. I spoke to my bank who had no record of this call. I think this was an attempt to get my details. DON'T GIVE DETAILS and call the official bank number from your card instead.
Had a call from this company who claimed to work for the government. They wished to check my home roof insulation which they claimed was faulty and could cause rott or mould. They claimed that the inspection would take 40m to 1h. At the end of which they would demonstrate a spray on insulation under the felt and leave me with some samples. The whole thing appears to be a scam selling iFoam insulation. My research shows that sealing the wood would cause rott and beleive that it is unlikely to have the ins

01039265060 This number just called but no reply, so I hung on and next the phone starting ringing and a female answered. But because I stayed silent, she hung up the call. Why would you get a call on your mobile phone, which when answered, starts ringing another number and they answer. Sorry I don't know who these people are, but I'm determined I'm immediately blocking this number
