calling about an accident - apparently got my details from "the national road traffic accident department" (which actually doesn't exist). They ended the call as soon as I started to ask questions. Number now blocked.
Claimed to be calling from Sky VIP and they were calling to review whether I was on the best package. I know I'm in the middle of my fixed term so that had alarm bells ringing. Called his bluff and told him I wasn't sure. He told me the exact numbers of years, months and days I'd been with Sky and listed the exact package I was on, but surely this info isn't too hard to come by. I wasn't going to be going through and giving any answers to security questions to somebody who called me!
