Constant calls, now have them identified on the phone under ignore , extremely rude if you do talk to them and highly agressive. Make note of the number and ignore until something can be done to stop these types of calls

SCAM / SPAM Pretending to be Amazon saying you have got this random order charged to your account and to press 1 to talk to someone if this is not your order. They then ask you for bank details to make your account safer.

TSB departments don t appear to talk to each other. I ve closed one account, they didn t tell their collections department, who would then call at random times, in the manner that a scam caller would. Honestly, banks tell you not to speak to callers asking straight away for your personal details, but then they go & do just that, in a call that appears to be coming from another country. In future, TSB, inform your collections team that someone has closed their account so you don t have to harass people

SCAM / Spam knew I had been involved in an accident that wasn't my fault! (I hadn't)
This person is probably on drugs - calls late at night//early hours pretending to be an old lady and speaks total rubbish. Then rings back to apologise - just humour this poor person as they obviously need help.
