This is one of several telephone numbers this company (DCS?) use. They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on

I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. "Microsoft" scam, claims she's from Microsoft and there's a problem with my computer and wants to take over my computer to put it right (she must of thought was born yesterday!) so played along with her for a few minutes before calling her a scammer and that there is nothing wrong with my computer. She obviously wasn't happy but she kept the scam going so I kept winding her up making her more annoyed. These people call persistently in contravention of the TPS and against my request for them to remove my details. They are a credit card processor.
