Call center did not say anything or who they were when i asked. background noises seamed to be an office or a recording of an office.

Just another survey call. I asked to have my name removed from all future listings but then she just hung up! It wasn t an unreasonable request. I do have the right after all. Hope you don t get someone just as rude as she was.

Silent call
Someone phoned me this morning on telephone number 0364960079 saying they were from Amazon Prime, and they were going to take £17.99 from my bank account. I have checked my bank account, but as yet there has not been anything taken out. I will keep checking as that is not one of Amazon's numbers. Maureen.
