Received at 8 15 am. Indian guy whom I couldn't understand. Put phone down

Has rung every 20 minutes for 12 hours yesterday (last call 10pm), and 4 times this morning between 8am and 9.30am. Call cuts off when I pick up the 'phone.
It's a fake and scamster number and they will do data theft from your mobile.
An obvious scam call
Claimed to be from EE offering me 33% off my mobile bill. Red flags: I’m not with EE, awful background noise on his call, calling me Ma’am and starting his sales pitch without even checking who I was. Hung up and blocked the number

WARNING! IT'S A SCAM!!! THERE ARE LOADS OF THESE CALLS & FRONT DOOR CALLERS TOO. NEVER CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH UNINVITED OR UNKNOWN CALLERS ON YOUR DOORSTEP OR VIA YOUR PHONE OR INTERNET. DON'T GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION NOR CONFIRM ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU ABOUT AND NEVER EVER TELL YOUR BANK DETAILS. NEVER GIVE YOUR DATE OF BIRTH (and never use a true d.o.b. on social media websites - always use a false date of birth when signing up if pressed for your d.o.b. on those sites).
