Call centre I assume. Said was from BT Open Reach about a problem with my broadband. Wanted to check speed and access to internet. I asked him where he was calling from and he replied London. I asked why the phone number showed local Bedford number and not London based. Of Asian/Indian accent. Lot of noise in background. I assume wanted access to my computer.
