Not sure about this number - a lady called Jo has just phoned me about energy conservation and need to check my loft insulation to. I am quite concerned as a surveyor is going to ring me to make an appointment to come and inspect the insulation. Have checked the number it’s from Peterborough! Won’t be letting anyone in my house.

I am shocked by the tone and content of call, the harassment, the rudeness. When I told the caller I would report her she replied "Good Luck trying to find me" I then told her her number had come up on my phone I could find the company, she replied "Yes, I have your number too and used my first name. I said "Are you threatening me? to which she laughed and hung up.What a disgusting unprofessional company
Asian man rang yesterday "to ask some questions about our lifestyle". When I refused he became very abusive, f***ng etc. He has been ringing about every couple of hours since with same. I am on TPS who say they can do nothing about this. Contacted BT, who only tried to sell me new handset that can block calls and suggested Market Research Council, who equally do not want to know. Ofcom is also not interested. No wonder these guys keep behaving like this, they get away with it as no one wants to know
phoned and made out we had spoken before, quoted my name and address which he obtained from the internet, was clearly trying to con me into thinking I had spoken to them before, which I have NEVER spoken to this company before. After teling him he was talking a load of b****ks and quizzed him further, he hung up.
