Number isn t genuine - area code 01222 is no longer in use. It was the old one for Cardiff before it changed to 029.
Caller claimed to be from "socail housing executive". I hung up as it was obviously a scam or spam.SCAM

I have been called 3 times by this number over the last 2 weeks - often at highly inconvenient meal times. It appears to be cold calling fund raising drive linked with University of Birmingham (I am an alumnus). Very annoying and puts me off ever donating any dosh to the University (even if I had some to spare! I would like this to stop.

I answered the phone at about 15.45 today, the caller asked to speak to Mr. (my surname), I replied by saying that that was me then the caller hung up. I dialled 1471 and got this number, tried to ring it back but it s coming up as unknown .
SCAM / SPAM Tried to get my credit card number

Automated call saying I was being investigated for fraud & if I didnt press 1 to discuss this a warrant for my arrest would be issued & I would shortly be arrested!!!!!! Im a single parent can something please be done about these people!!!!
