This number was attached to a scam email I received about Norton security, presumably if you ring it will be a trap of some sort.

Text message from this number said ‘ DPD : Please update your incomplete details to process your delivery. https://redeliverhome.com’ Not expecting anything from DPD. And nothing in my account / app. Definitely a scam / spam

Scam maybe ... said I am the home owner when called my mobile ... soon as I questioned what my postcode was and how he knew I was the home owner hung up. Very rude of him lol Now another blocked
Guy purporting to be from’ car phone warehouse company’. Could hardly understand what he was saying - when I queried what he wanted, he hung up.
Missed call - when I called back it just rang out
Had a call from this number 10:52 this morning (29/04/23) all that came through was a buzzing sound so I hung up straight away. Figuring it's a spam call.
The number will ring you and cancel the call before you can pick up, if you call back it will fail, most likely using a number spoofer.
