Rude ppi people. They hang up and try again with different agents. I just give them a lot of shit until they hang up. I try to be as graphic and outrageous as possible with my insults just to make them hate their jobs.

Got a call from an asian sounding bloke at 08:00 this morning claimimg he was from the Monistry of Justice and that I was due a £6251 from overpayment in fees to my bank. Said I would get the cheque from a courier, David French, with a Job ID of D102. The reference for the refund was 32568, which was most important. Just found out that £79•99 has been taken from my account by a cpmpamy called mgi. I didnt make the payment via card and had to call my bank to cancel my card.
