Universal Servicing (noisy UK Call Centre) rang to ask if I still had a several-years-old Kirby, because I could have a discounted annual service. Told them I'd already had my annual service in December and she said they'd update the records. Had the discounted service from my regular service engineers who warned me that another company was trying to muscle-in on their patch. How did they know I had a Kirby?
