Fraud. Personally, they told me a payment was attempted and that if it wasn't me I should click a link. Its not an official link or contact. Don't click the link. And if you did get in contact with your bank immediately.

called me to make sure i had renewed which i had and i informed them that i do not wish to use their services as i assumed it was a sales call, to which they replied that they were not trying to change me over - they were trying to prevent any further calls coming through as they knew i had already renewed my plan they had all my contract details also which made me less wary and now i know ill only be dealing with 1 company and this 1 company only ! just read some of these reviews and it makes me chuck

Pretty sure it's a scam. Automated message claiming to be Royal Mail contacting me regarding a missed delivery.
I did not understand the caller as he had a peculiar accent. Became rude when I asked him to repeat.
