23 July keeps calling to switch our energy - we have a deal where our utilities is included with our rent, and yet they claimed to have seen our bills! Sounds a lot like lying, bullshit and harassment to me.

The caller sounded unprofessional and it was clear they were having a joke and banter as I could a lot of laughing in the background. They asked for the wrong surname so wouldn t surprise me that the caller was not concentrating.
