Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.

Foreign callers claiming to be from Accident Helpline. Ask if they can speak to person who had road accident. Last week I asked them to remove my number (registered on TPS), was told no. Cost trap called back to a recorded message, I disconnected after 3 seconds and got charged 41p. Message said in a computer voice that its the local boiler cleaning company... Don t think so
