Scam number allegedly from GOVUK
Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. Got quite upset when I refused to give them the code
This number telephoned my mums phone saying about her life insurence policy. My mum passed away a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of a life insurence policy. I explained my mum didn’t have a life insurence policy and she has recently passed away. I was asking for details of the life insurence and he couldn’t answer my question. He apologised and hung up!!! Disgusting! Cold call that triggered me.
Scammer that keeps sending unfortunate folks to my house as party of some romance scam
SPAM - A company supposedly offering a free quote for solar panels, I've been selected as 1 of 4 houses in the area to receive a special discount!! The caller was obviously working to a script and couldn't handle me asking awkward questions. He didn't even bother to try to find out my name before going into the sales pitch. I obviously wasted his time, before he eventually hung up. I am rating this as just an annoying spam call at this stage. It could be a scam, as the search on the phone number did not pr
