Claimed to be from BT, regarding broadband. When I interrupted the 'script', very very keen not to let me hang up. Under pressure, offered 'BT' number to call them to check - 02032 877573 - which is on your website with 20 comments about persistent person wanting to gain PC control! A big thank you for the who-called service.
