Scam call claiming to be Openreach and saying broadband frequency being changed, needed me to go to my computer so that they could guide me through set-up. I hung up. Number rang again this morning but I didn t answer.

I received a call from Motorpal today Telephone number 029 2036 4211 , they wanted me to pay £1 for vouchers to be sent then alarm bells rang so I did some checking and found this site. I have asked them to call back tomorrow as I said I did not have my card to hand lol. I will be giving the details of the caller to the fraud squad tomorrow and contacting my local MP after the general election . This company are phoning 3 times per day, trying to sell boiler installation / home insulation (cavity wall etc). Despite us being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they continue to call us relentlessly - we have also asked them to stop the calls during conversations with them.

I can t believe that people have the morality to sell phone numbers as that is what they do! One time I ve bin hacked,stopped in time but once is enough cause they then sell ur no.
