I NEVER ANSWER IF they have my number I always call them back free on a caller withheld phone.. on so doing it asked me to wait for the next agent for 10 minutes I waited and then this dweeb told me he was required to confirm my details. Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.
