A foriegn lady called supposedly from a pharmacy i had not heard of.She asked for my son by his first name only and asked if he received repeat NHS prescription.I told her he didn t,then she asked me if i did ! told her no as i think it s a scam to get personal information about us.

I do not know the number so did not answer it when it rang my mobile. There was no voicemail message left. I assume it is another unwanted and nuisance call.

Silent call
Scam. Female voice, possibly asian, introduced herself as wanting to talk about my Internet connection and avoided giving her name when asked. She claimed to be calling on behalf of Sky Digital but when asked who she wanted to talk to, hung up.
This company calls me on a daily basis. Costs you 7p every time you answer the call. They hang up when you answer.

SCAM - Was greeted with a text-to-speech message claiming to be from HMRC asking me to call back about a 'Time Sensitive matter'. This was most likely going to end up being one of those scams where someone claiming to be from HMRC threatens to send police to arrest you for 'Tax Evasion' unless you comply with their demands immediately. If the HMRC really wanted to speak to you then they'd send you a letter in the mail and not resort to text-to-speech messages demanding you call back like this.
