Called stating that two charges had been made on my credit card 1 to amazon for £300 pounds and another to a overseas number for £1500 and if I pressed 1 I could cancel the payments. Must be a scam, beware
Purports to be from Equity Release Company. Repeat calls. Never answer!
Phones in the evening about 3 times a week but doesn t answer by when I sometimes pick up. And I am a member of the telephone preference service.

SCAM / SPAM Calling from investment firm asking for money. I live in UAE and they were calling from UK (or spoofed) Vodaphone. The female caller did not have a British accent and she was reading poorly from a script.
