Very clever using a local(ish) number to call instead of the usual Manchester one. It s the aftersales team at AO.com pretending to confirm delivery but they actually want to sell you insurance. They think they are clever but being smarmy and telling you how you can t possibly be without a machine in the event of a breakdown etc and how awful it would be for you blah blah! Very boring, very irritating just block!
