The automated call from 01288635549 suggested my phone number had been compromised and to press option 1 on the phone. I put the phone down.

On the 1st October I gave one month notice to cancel my account as I am moving. Today this number called me asking if they can send a leaflet for the new owners, which I said yes. On checking my e-mails, this depart had cancelled my cancellation. After spending 3/4 hour on the phone re-cancelling and finding out that this depart gets paid on what is call "win backs".
