Knew my name and asked me to confirm if I was the telephone bill payer. Introduced himself as Peter (strong Indian accent) and said that he could reduce my telephone line rental of 'between £17 and £18' to less than £14. When I asked him where he was ringing from, he hung up - how rude!!

Another accident claim I can seemingly make despite not having an accident. They knew my full name though. No point blocking the number as they will just call from another one. Come on government...sort this out. It's called harassment and I always thought that was illegal?!
