Long silence, then someone from Asia claiming to be calling from London! I explained that 0121 is not London. He started to burble on about Energy Savings, so I hung up.

Having received this hoax call I contacted Talk Talk via my account and could only correspond via live chat. An hour later yes, an hour on later still on live chat I hung up. It was a call center who when out of frustration said I wanted to cancel my Talk Talk account gave me the complete run around I eventually hung up. I have all the transcripts if anyone wants to read them!. Talk Talk customer service is probably the lousiest I have ever experienced.
