Call center, likely to be fraudulent. Agent says I am calling from... long pause.. virginmedia? Almost like a question. Hung up as I was busy.
BPO is a late/debt collection agency for BT. A bit of a nightmare if you have left disputing your bill and kept your old number, they have records also of mobile numbers they have called you on during tech calls :(

Called today. It was a silent call.
Constant calls, saying they are calling from 'the auction department' Suspect it's a scam... Seeing as I've never auctioned a damn thing in my life.

Simply fraud. No matter which stitch coming, which does not believe.
Fraud - National Crime agency. They are going to block my National Insurance number and it is very time sensitive and urgent [this is when I put down the phone!]

This is a scam about you owing money to the inland revenue of which you dont . This Scam has been doing the rounds for some years now . So be careful .
