Called, left no message. Probably a telemarketeer as a genuine caller would leave some message.
This number is apparently in Oxford, I don’t know anyone there and it was tagged as potential spam on my phone. I didn’t answer the call. It stopped ringing after 3 rings and they didn’t leave a message.

SCAM - Dodgy Automated call from 'HMRC'. Hang up & Block Number
Female Asian voice rang me saying she was ringing from Windows about my computer, told her she was lying because Windows do not make calls to customers she rang off.

They want you to download a program so they can take over yours computer, by luring with you earned a lot of money so they "just" verify you, you are, and it can absolutely not be done in other ways, such as driver's license or passports, even though the company they say they call from, and writes on their website that, THEY WILL NEVER CALL AND VERIFY PEOPLE
I received a call from that number but it was hanged up before i answered, it rang only three times. I called back the number and no one answered so i just got concerned when i realized it was an international number, as am in South Africa.
I dnt know who this is but when I was ringing it back it said number not in use
thay told me i had won the lotto and was to call back asap
