Picked up but no one on the other end
The number 01329836688 has been calling me over the last couple of days. I lady says she is from Bitcoin & has informed me that they have deactivated a Bitcoin account that has been set up in my name. I HAVE NEVER PAID BITCOIN ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR AN ACCIVATION FEE TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. She then in formed me that I have 2.5 Bitcoins in my account that equals up to the value amount of £60,000, But if I wanted to reactivate my account I will have to pay £425.00 fee to access
I've been harassed by this number before, a couple of months ago, and just ignored it. Occasionally they leave silent messages and I wonder whether this is to increase phone usage and therefore costs by dialling up to messages ... It's really time that something was done legally about Virgin's cold calling and harassing.
