I answer the phone and get an automated, robotic message from the "HMRC", probably telling me to make some payment or call some number. I don't know, I hung up. If it were the real HMRC, a live human would have spoken to me, or they would have sent me an email. Likely a scam.
called at least 5 or 6 times a day until accidently answered. had all my details saying I was in a serious accident 6 month ago which was wrong. I followed along saying their date was wrong and gave a lot of false detail. Niall agreed his computer system was playing up. he asked for my bank details so they could deposit any compensation the could get for me. then I told them to f#ck off and how do they like it to hove their time wasted and be scammers
SCAM / SPAM Say they have PPI payment for us. Wanting us to get a paysafe card to pay their fee, they will bring a cheque to our address!

These people ring every day. They ask for someone who doesn t live here. When I became annoyed with this, they obviously made a note somewhere and now ask for the person who is in charge of the phone bill. Very very annoying and won t stop talking even when you say you don t want to talk to them, so you have to just put the phone down while they are talking.
I answered this number and the caller said that she was from talktalk and needed to talk to the account holder. Then said " Is she in" at no time did they ask for me by name. Surely they should know that? So I put the phone straight down. Will see if they ll phone again.
