Constant Calls from same number. I have just moved house and given a knew number from BT.I did not have any previous problems at my previous house. BT landline and BT internet. It is only since I upgrade my BT Internet. Complaining to BT is pointless. How did company get my number.....................only BT have the number no one else has. We use mobiles. The Landline is for internet only. When my contract expires I will be moving my service provider. When more leave BT they will do something about it!

The caller asked for a person close to me who passed away 2 days earlier. They were asking about a property that they were selling, which is impossible as they did not live there, ever. They did not offer any apologies, they only kept trying to get information about this property. I can only think of it as a coincidence that this person who is selling this property has the same name as the deceased, or they were trying to confirm the death of the person so they can perform whatever scam they have in mind.
