SCAM / SPAM Multiple calls from this number and a slightly different version which shows up as an NZ number (00 019...). Automated message in synthesised voice claiming they (an undisclosed company) will take you to "your local county court" for an undisclosed debt if you don't call them right back. What is really sad is people must still be falling for these obvious hoaxes if the criminals behind them don't have to try harder than this.

Polite female caller with Cheshire/Lancashire/Manchester accent about half an hour ago saying she was from the Workers Party of Wales, and that I was listed as having worked in heavy industry (I was actually a civil servant before retiring). She said she wanted to talk about a change in legislation; and then she said that it was actually my wife, whom she named. My wife was actually with the NHS before retiring. caller rang off when answer machine kicked in. we are ex-directory and TPS registered so they should not be calling. however, number appears to be from somewhere in Brazil so its definitely a scam / fraud. suggest block number and treat as dangerous
