called pertaining to be from virgin media. i cancelled virgin recently. caller asked for me by name & for my password, not likely i said, you dont call someone asking for their password. This is one of several telephone numbers this company (DCS?) use. They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on
