This number keeps ringing me 2 times a day then puts the receiver down. Who are they had enough

Potential Fraud/Scam Recorded message states that “Your bank” is telling you a foreign source has charged a large amount of money to “your” credit card in the last 15 mins, and invites you to press a number to halt it. Nothing in the message identifies the individual being contacted nor the bank who allegedly issued the card.
