I recently tried to take £60 out of my bank account that I had in there and the bank told me that you have taken £60 out of my bank account. I have not had a loan off you ever and I am not happy that you have taken money out of my bank, either you have made a technical fault or someone has used my name and my bank details and I would like my £60 back in full into my bank account or I will no option but to take the matter further. Thank you very much.
Annoying call to my mobile, they didn't say anything and then a little later hung up.
