Unknown number. I have no business in London. Did not answer. Will block, as it is under Real Time Activity Tracker at the time I was called. The other called me site has this number listed as a phone contract SCAM

They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.
Probably Telemarketing - I guess they found me through Linkedin

No answer.Called it back and said number not recognised. Blocked.
Call center - This is one of many similar numbers contacting me on my mobile and stating they are from O2 offering a 40% discount. Possibly a scam but also could be genuine. Unsure so always blocked and reported. Always ask for my number to be flagged to avoid constant calling but hasn't worked so far.
Telemarketing
Fraud Asking me what items I have to cover for insurance. Wanted details of parent nae/personal details and white goods. Wanted to get financial info to increase insurance cover.
SCAM Asking for £1.45 for Evri delivery. First of all I’m not expecting anything. 2nd my local Evri delivery is a friend. She confirmed this is fairly new scam
