some bloody idiot, drop calls and when you return call hangs up, would love to get my hands on them

Filled in a form on line for number of nuisance calls I received they replied said they would ring and number would begin 02921 so I new I could answer it. They advised me I was on numerous cold call lists I new this ad I get dozens of calls per day. Asked foir a fee of ?49.99 to remove me from all of these lists. I do hope I have not been conned ad I m a pensioner and cannot afford to be loosing this sort of money.

After reading the reviews on here I thought I d give them a pop as they seemed legit when they rang and had correct info. Surprised me a bit but ended up winning me some ppi back that had previously been declined. Happy customer here.

Call from agent for EE, which I managed to get them to verify as the number on my phone came up as possible fraud. My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. They were able to give me details about when my phone,that I also have with EE, was due for upgrade as verification that they were actually genuine, as I ve had callers before about phone

Rang my business, answered with my business name, brief silence then they put the phone down.

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Just block the number simply wasting your time and disturbing constantly..

said his records show id had a Road Traffic Accident within the last three year, which i havent. He said oh right ok and hung up. Still gets calls from this number, thankfully i have blocked the number now.

This is the second message I have received from this number. Call centre type nasal voice. Holley Hartley, stated this call was on behalf of our client requesting an immediate call back, important and that it was not a sales call. I have not responded.

Have been ringing me for days and finally caught me out when I answered. Said their records show they could save me some money on my mortgage! Just to report same issues as other people have complained about. They just keep phoning - started with once a day but then increased to at least three times a day.

The number as reported has only 10 digits, it needs 11 to be valid. Some Santander numbers do start 05511 so in principle it s probably genuine, except too short.

Drop call about 2 seconds after a "private number" accident claim call so undoubtedly same company.
