Claimed I'd had a car accident. Got info from RTA statistics (Road Traffic Accident Stats). I asked where I could find these but instead she gave company address of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N3AX, and said company was called First Connect something or other....... I asked her to hold while I checked and she hung up on me. PS. Of course I haven't had an accident!
