Automated call claiming charges made on card - not authentic so quite sure it's a scam and I hung up.

Fraud received an automated call from Amazon Prime saying an amount of £79.99 was outstanding and to press 2 to talk to customer services. Pressed 2 and a foreign gentleman told me that I-needed to resolve this situation. I told him it was a scam, he refuted it, told him again it was a scam and he needed to get a better job, he lost it and called me a white honky dumb bitch and slammed the phone down on me. He’s obviously not having a good day. Lol !
Silent call
Missed call, when I called back, an automatic system took up, then they called me back and after some hallo and "can you hear me?" they quickly put it down.
They are abusive and they threaten people over the phone

This was a quick call to my mobile which ended within a few seconds of me saying hello They are PPI adventurers and the call was an automated one to check if my number was populated

Called disguised as a local number, said a payment of £1300 was pending on my bank account to be paid to my credit card due to identity fraud. Checked both accounts, no pending payments on either. He explained that this was because he had already stopped them. Asked to have my bank account and Visa details just to check security. Told him to "go away"......
