Answered as I know people from Edinburgh, got a take part in a lottery then hung up. Obviously a huge scam. Now on auto reject list.
SPAM ( I think ) I missed it, redialed and it said it was an incorrect number - either way it's outbound only.
This number rings now and then and when I answer, the caller hangs up??? Possibly an automated bulk calling system that hasn't enough agents to connect the call. I is a nui...
The call was made to my landline, Telling me that there had been two payments made on my account £300 to Amazon and one other, which wasn't true cos I immediately checked with my phone Bank app and didn't listen to rest of call I just hung up.

I am posting my comments on the company who own this number, not because they have been calling me but because they sent me a brochure for 30 days free trial on holidays. The enclosed letter stated that if I did not cancel within the 30 days ?99.99 would be debited from my account for the annual membership. When I was originally called regarding this I as told that they were sending this out to me and that if I didnt want it I could "put it in the bin". Fortunately I have been able to cancel but note man
4th time these clowns have called and reposed on answering I believe this is ppi at it worst when calling them just pre recorded message
