Just had a phone call from 01179514441. It was Jordan from BT Openreach. He said have you had a good day to which I replied “Yes I have…until you rang” Guess what…he hung up immediately. I wonder why ????♂️????♀️????♂️.
Silent call
calls every day at least once usually between 10.30 and 12.00. Never answered as I only answer callers I recognise. Looked it up and lots of people get the same no. calling. I have no contacts in Northern Ireland so assume it's a scam or telemarketing so will never answer it.

Fraud Number is connected to person who wanted to sell stolen camper van to Germany! (reported at 7th Oct 2020) Dangerous! Pay attention!!! Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.

There is no point in reporting to the TPS or OFCOM these numbers that any scammer can buy. The telecoms company Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd That sold this number also supply a list of phone numbers to call. You are on that list if this number phoned you. Best is to get something like a Panasonic KX-TGJ420E. And leave a Google Maps review for the telecoms company.

When I started my business 18 months ago I had a call from 118, regarding my free listing . I went with it initially, but ended up calling them to take it down, as salesmen wouldn t stop calling and I even had a few just turn up at the premises! I had NO legitimate business come through 118, they didn t even list the business details correctly. So I was completely miffed about the whole thing so I cancelled the listing and said DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN AND IM ON THE TPS. That was about 12 months ago.All

They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!
