Received a text message claiming to be from Royal Mail with a link to a website that I do not believe to be genuine, claiming fee to pay on a package otherwise it would be returned to sender. Possibly spam and potentially dangerous.

Apparently calls from this number hang up before you can even answer the phone. No voice message left. Those who ring back that number to see who it was will find they are ringing a number charging very high rates and is nothing but a scam.
