Type of call is fraud . I am getting texts from Barclays Bank telling me I ve done something with my account and if I don t agree then I am to call 03332001014. I guess it s a premium rate number and if I did call it regarding a text from my bank would they then proceed to try and get my bank details. I haven t called it of course but wanted to share the fact that this number is being used in a scam!

This number called me telling me about an over payment I d made on a loan prior to 2009. When I asked for more details as to whom the company was I d overpaid, the man laughed and I dunno it was before 2009 . I then said I have no idea and the phone was hung up.

Standard "talk talk" fake call. "Problems with my router". Again. Told them I d bought one previous week from TalkTalk ? where was it, I was still waiting!! Rang off! Previous times, offensive or obscene comments because I told him I knew all about him and his dirty tricks! UK telephone number is bogus ? they are overseas somewhere. NEVER call back.

3 times today. One female, one make and one I didn't answer. Not always from the same number. They seem to be bake to hijack ordinary looking numbers.

Called and kept trying to tell me that I had a PPI claim due for either a credit card, over draft, loan or mortgage from 2012. None of these apply to me at all but she wouldn?t have it! Very persistent and doesn?t let you even answer the questions before talking over your again.

I received a call from Motorpal today Telephone number 029 2036 4211 , they wanted me to pay £1 for vouchers to be sent then alarm bells rang so I did some checking and found this site. I have asked them to call back tomorrow as I said I did not have my card to hand lol. I will be giving the details of the caller to the fraud squad tomorrow and contacting my local MP after the general election . Rang my house saying they calling from frontline servers. The Indian sounding caller told me my name, phone number & address and asked me to confirm if they re correct. I asked who am I confirming it with and why do they need to know and he said I just need a yes or no he s from frontline savers and they are just doing a telephone verification. I said no and hungup
