An Asian male with an English name rang and quoted my name. I asked who was calling, but couldn t understand what he said, but it was about TV services. I said "No Thank you, not interested" and he hung up. Number now blocked.
Indian sounding male with very broken English. After the fourth time of asking I finally managed to decipher that he said he was calling from BT Openreach. When I said 'OK I understand now' there was a long pause as if he didn't know what to say next. I could hear someone in the background also saying 'This is BT Openreach'. When I asked him what he was calling about he just kept repeating 'This is BT Openreach'. I asked him if he had lost his script......and he rang off.

Aargh! Another PPI caller who are also keen to claim against bank account upgrades. Asked for name to be removed from database. I m sure it won t be long before I get a call from a new number...
