He is located in the UK but lists his location as Ralphs Ranch, San Francisco, California. He calls himself the Master of the Game - in stealing your money as a professional trader in financial services. Everything about him is a lie and a scam - DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

accident claims block them, any company that cold calls don t use them.

The speaker sounded automated as there was an interference with the call and they kept repeating they same thing and hung up when I asked how they got my number. Just read on facebook that a similar number has charged someone £300 just for answering one of these calls.
